On the men and women’s success, cross country head coach Geoff Lambert said: “I think the team raced well together and they are continuing to be focused on getting better every day.” Manchester University Cross Country’s next scheduled meet is on Saturday, Oct. 15 in the Interregional Rumble at Oberlin College in Ohio.

First year Sam Banard looks forward to running at the Ohio meet and seeing how much the team improves from earlier meets. “It's supposed to be a fast course,“ he says, “So that will be fun. It is a good course to get PRs and hopefully do well as a team.“
