VA Benefits Certification

The Registrar serves as the Certifying Official. As a military-friendly university, Manchester will certify Chapter 33-Post-911, Chapter 30, Chapter 31, Chapter 35, 1606, and 1607 education benefits for use at the University. Manchester University also participates in the Yellow Ribbon program.

The steps to certification for VA benefits are:
1. Complete the online application through the VA.
2. Wait to recieve a Certificate of Eligibilty from the VA confirming your eligibility for educational benefits.
3. Submit a copy of your Certificate of Eligibility to the Office of the Registrar.
4. If you are a veteran, submit a copy of your DD214 along with the Certificate of Eligibility.

Enrollment certifications will be submitted to the VA after the third day of each semester.
