Collins joins Manchester as director of institutional effectiveness

Kristina CollinsKristina Collins has been named director of institutional effectiveness at Manchester University.

She leads the Office of Institutional Effectiveness, overseeing accreditation, assessment, grants and sponsored programs, institutional research and strategic planning efforts.

Collins comes to Manchester from Tiffin University in Ohio, where she led accreditation and outcomes-assessment processes.

Collins also has served as an associate professor at several institutions, teaching supply-chain management and organizational management courses. 

She holds a doctorate in business administration and is a Six Sigma Green Belt. 

Collins was also a founding partner in a training and consulting company that worked with the manufacturing and service sectors to increase quality and efficiency in their processes and personnel management. 

She is a Fort Wayne native. An avid traveler, Collins has visited 26 countries, including Mongolia, Russia and Greece.
