Cathy Maggart is the domestic violence coordinator for the Allen County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. She will cover several topics on domestic violence including basic information on domestic violence, dating power and control, cyberstalking, stalking, and dating online with students. This topic is significant for students so they can learn red flags for unhealthy relationships and learn what they can do if they find themselves or someone they care about in an abusive relationship.
