Julie Cogley-Pifko is from the Pittsburgh area and joined Manchester University in the spring of 2017. She is the interim director of graduate admissions.  Julie is a two-time graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP), where she received a B.A. in Disability Services and a M.A. in Student Affairs in Higher Education. Julie loves how dedicated the MU faculty and staff are to each and every student. When she’s not in the office, you’ll find her spending time with her husband, Jim, and fur-baby (Flurry), watching the Pittsburgh Penguins, and jogging outside.
