Psychology faculty members publish chapter

Posted Feb. 15 - Two psychology faculty members have published a chapter in Ethical Business Cultures in Emerging Markets. Jack Wiley and Kelsey-Jo Kessie published “Building More Ethical Organizations: The Global Employee Perspective.” Wiley is a professor who earned his Ph.D. in organizational psychology from the University of Tennessee. He is the author of two books, Strategic Employee Surveys: Evidence-based Guidelines for Driving Organizational Success and RESPECT: Delivering Results by Giving Employees What They Really Want. Kessie, an instructor, earned her Ph.D. in industrial-organizational psychology from Bowling Green State University. Her research focuses primarily on occupational health psychology and recovery from work.
