Alumni and Hall of Fame Awards Banquet

Join us as we kick off Homecoming by celebrating our 2025 Alumni Honor Award recipients and Hall of Fame inductees. The evening will begin with a reception at 5:00 p.m. (cash bar available) followed by dinner at 6:00 p.m. in the Upper Jo Young Switzer Center. Tickets for this event are $36 for adults and $14 for children 12 and under.

Alumni Honor Award recipients include Dr. Jeff Easley ’83, Stacie Yoder ’95 Gayheart, and Connie Snyder ’94 Mick. Dr. Martin Garcia Chavez ’16 is our Young Alumni Outstanding Achievement Award recipient.

Hall of Fame Class of 2025 Inductees: Coach Dave Good, Men’s Soccer, Erica Sewell ’05, Women’s Basketball, Korey Bucher ’10, Men’s Track and Field, 2009 Men’s Cross Country Team.

Football Reunion Breakfast

Join the football team and Coach Hunt at 8:30 a.m. in the Toyota Round for a reunion breakfast followed by a presentation on the state of the team.

Women’s Alumni Basketball Game

Women’s basketball alumni: you are invited to join us in the Stauffer-Wolfe arena at 10 a.m. for a game!

Manchester Mates Vow Renewal Ceremony

Petersime Chapel
Join other alumni couples for this special event and renew your vows at this non-denominational ceremony. There is no cost to join this event, but pre-registered couples will receive a memento to mark the occasion! Ceremony will take place in Petersime Chapel.

Donuts and Departments

Alumni and friends are invited to join us by the Spartan Stadium under the Donuts and Departments tent. You will have the opportunity to connect with professors and fellow alumni from your affinity.

Grab your MU softball apparel and meet us at Spartan Field for our alumni softball game.

General Luncheon
11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Alumni, friends, and families are invited to the general luncheon tent by the Spartan Stadium for a Homecoming meal. The cost for lunch is $12.

Alumni Authors Corner
11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Alumni who have written books will be set up and ready to share their work with you. Some books will be available for purchase.

Spartan Street Fair

Student clubs and organizations will be fundraising here! Support student endeavors! This event is cash only.

Kids Zone
11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

A place just for kids to use their creative minds with Manchester crafts and release some energy in the bounce house.
Adults will need to sign a waiver for children to jump in the bounce house and must remain present.

Class Reunions
11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Spartan Stadium
Join us in the class reunions tent by the Spartan Stadium for a reunion with your fellow classmates. You will have the opportunity to reminisce, reconnect, enjoy a meal together, and have your class photo taken. The cost for the lunch is $12. Class reunion years include 1980, 1985, 1990, 1995, 2000, 2005, 2010, 2015, and 2020.

Join Manchester Wrestling for lunch with fellow alumni, coaches, current athletes and their families.

Beer Tent

Alumni and friends are invited to the beer tent by the Spartan Stadium. This year we are offering the opportunity to pre-pay! For $10 you will receive 2 drink tickets and a souvenir cup. Soft pretzels with cheese and a churro station will also be available.

The Spartans take on Capital! Kids are invited to run out with the team before kick-off at 1:00 p.m.

Build a Bear but make it Manchester! Stuff your own squirrel complete with Manchester t-shirt! Alumni can reserve their squirrel in advance when you register online. Each squirrel is $10. Limited supply so act fast on this one before they’re sold out!

Men’s soccer take on Berea! Alumni of men’s soccer are invited to celebrate Coach Dave Good being inducted into the Hall of Fame during halftime. Join the current team and fellow alumni for a potluck meal following the game.

Friends with the Weather returns to Homecoming! We welcome the band back to campus which includes Seth Hendricks ‘03, Chris Good ’02, and David Hupp. Friends with the Weather’s unique sound blends dynamic musicianship, 3 part vocal stylings, and rich lyrical content exploring how we can learn and grow in the midst of challenging times, striving to be sources of love, hope, passion and vision.
