Dr. Jason Gornto holds a BM and BS from Butler University, an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Ball State University and a Ph.D in Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University. He was named a Nobel Distinguished Educator in 2014 and received the President’s Volunteer Service Award from President Joe Biden in 2024 recognizing lifetime achievement of more than 4000 volunteer hours. Jason consults regularly for growing national companies, municipalities, and the U.S. Department of Defense. He has been teaching for more than 26 years and enjoys engaging students through real-world skills, relatable examples, and relationship building.
