Sydney Tillman earned her Bachelor of Science in 2019 and Master of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2020 from Ball State University. After completing her internship and receiving her RDN credential and licensure, Sydney worked as a consultant dietitian for nursing homes, assisted living facilities, community hospitals and a behavioral health facility. Sydney started working at Manchester University January 2, 2024 as an Assistant Professor of Nutrition in the Exercise Science Department. She is especially interested in foodservice management and diabetic education. In her spare time, Sydney enjoys swimming, kayaking, knitting, crocheting, cooking and taking her dog on walks.
