Dennis Brown
Professor of Pharmaceutical and Graduate Life Sciences
Dr. Brown joined Manchester in 2011 and is a Professor of Pharmaceutical and Graduate Life Sciences. He teaches courses in biochemistry, medicinal chemistry, and immunology. Dr. Brown is passionate about helping students understand how chemistry shapes biological processes and governs the way drugs work in the human body. His research focuses on the development of novel molecules that modulate biological processes, with particular emphasis on immunomodulators and antimicrobials.
