Making a Payment
Payments are due on the 1st of each month. Each plan has a setup fee that is paid when enrolling in the plan. Payments received more than 5 (five) days past the due date will be assessed a late fee of $30.00. Automatic payments can be scheduled during initial enrollment using an echeck (checking/savings account) or by debit/credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express). Note: Payment plan payments are subject to change by adding/dropping courses and changes in financial aid.
Enrollment in a Spartan Payment Plan can be accessed through the Spartan Self-Service > Student Account Center on ChetNet. Authorized users, parents or others designated by the student can login here. Not an authorized user? Ask your student to login and send you a request.
IMPORTANT: Returning students may enroll in the Spartan Gold or Spartan Fall plan once the fall semester has been activated in the Student Account Center in June. First year students may enroll one week after orientation in June. .
