Yearly Payment Plan
A yearly payment plan can be achieved by enrolling in the Spartan Gold plan below. The plan consists of a fall payment plan with an automatic rollover into a spring payment plan. The setup fee for the yearly plan is $45.00; schedule automatic payments during initial enrollment and Manchester University will waive the setup fee. If you schedule automatic payments in the fall, and save your payment method, your spring payments will be automatically scheduled for you at the time of rollover.
Pharmacy Gold
- 10 month payment plan
- 5 fall payments July 20 to November 20
- 5 spring payments December 20 to April 20
- Automatic rollover to Pharmacy Gold Spring 5 plan on December 5
- Payment due on the 20th of each month
- $45.00 setup fee, waived with automatic payments
- Late fee $30.00 charged on the 26th (5 day grace)
*Equal monthly payments assuming the charges for fall and spring semesters are the same.
Semester Payment Plans
There are one semester payment plans available for fall and/or spring. A one semester payment plan has a setup fee of $30.00. An option is available to schedule automatic payments during initial enrollment. Note: The spring payment plan is not available for enrollment until November.

- 5 payments July 20 to November 20
- Payment due on the 20th of each month
- $30.00 setup fee
- Late fee $30.00 charged on the 26th (5 day grace)
Pharmacy Spring
- 5 payments December 20 to April 20
- Payment due on 20th of each month
- $30.00 setup fee
- Late fee $30.00 charged on the 26th (5 day grace)
