Chapel Service: Yoga Nidra Session
On September 14, we will be hosting Monday night chapel service at 7:30pm at the Petersime Chapel. We will be hosting a Yoga Nidra session which will be lead by NoMa Yoga. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that aids in relaxation & recover.
