Kristen Ross joined Manchester University in February 2023 as a Technology Support Specialist, providing her expertise in Learning Management Systems and Online Examinations for the College of Pharmacy, Natural, and Health Sciences. Kristen works with faculty to support their course and exam delivery to students in both the on-campus and distance pathway cohorts.

Kristen joins Manchester from Norwell High School in Ossian, IN where she taught high school Social Studies classes, specifically US Government, US History, World Geography, and World History. Kristen spent her career implementing best pedagogical practices in her classroom and working with educational technology to best present content to students and have students demonstrate their understanding of content to her.

Kristen enjoys spending free time with her husband and son. She loves building LEGO and has several historical buildings proudly displayed in her office. Kristen also enjoys reading historical fiction or mystery novels and binging TV shows like Friends, New Girl, and Parks & Recreation.
